If the upgrade does not start automatically, you can use the following troubleshooting steps:
- Power-cycle your unit and start the installation process again. If it still doesn't start the upgrade, go to step 2.
- Check that the Upgrader.exe file is downloaded on your PC.
- If the file is downloaded on your PC, but you're still having issues, download the upgrade files again and start the upgrade process from the beginning.
- If the file is not downloaded on your PC, download the upgrade files again and start the upgrade process from the beginning.
- If you still cannot get the upgrade file to install, contact support.
