I Am Unable to Connect to the HD Lite Wi-Fi

1. Make sure that the Wi-Fi dongle is connected correctly.
2. Check and make sure that the unit is fully booted up.
3. Check that the android/iOS device you are using is running the latest version.
4. Use the iOS/Android function Forget Network on the HD Lite Wi-Fi.
5. Uninstall the app from your phone.
6. Restart the phone.
7. Reinstall the app on the phone.
8. Pairing your phone to the app via Wi-Fi and launch the app again.
