There may be occasions where CAN Gateway is not recognised when connecting to a PC via the supplied USB connector RLCAB117. This tends to be caused by a USB reset failure on your computer.
If the PC displays a message such as 'USB device not recognised' or something to that effect, the problem should be rectified by either unplugging the cable and plugging it back in, or by trying a different USB port on the PC.
