If the PerformanceBox has become non-responsive or you would like to restore the default settings, a factory reset can be performed.
1. Whilst holding down the 'RESET' button, apply power to the PerformanceBox.
2. The unit will then beep to indicate it has restored its factory settings and will power up as usual.
