Occasionally, Racelogic releases new versions of firmware for VBOX products, often to introduce new features. We recommend always using the latest version so you can benefit from the full list of features and functionalities.

ADAS-AS-V1 Audio Sensor can now be seen as a Racelogic Module on the Racelogic CAN Bus.
Initial Release

- USB-C cable (TV1AM20MB31)
- ADAS Audio Sensor Firmware File
- Download the latest Audio Sensor firmware file from the VBOX Automotive website.
- Connect the TV1AM20MB31 cable (USB cable) to the USB-C port on the back of the Audio Sensor and the USB-A port on the PC.
- Make sure that other software that may try to use the COM port communications, such as VBOX Setup, is closed.
- Either double-click on the ‘.ruf’ firmware upgrade file (this will auto-run the Racelogic Upgrader software) or run the Racelogic Upgrader software and load the ‘.ruf’ firmware upgrade file.
Note:
Make sure you are using the latest version of the software.
You can download the software from the software section of the VBOX Automotive website.
- Select the correct COM port under Options and click Upgrade to start the process.
- The software will alert you when the update has been completed.
