You can load settings from an inserted SD card into the MFD Touch device. This is particularly useful when you need to apply the same settings to other units, such as in test fleet equipment applications.
To load a previously saved settings file from an inserted SD card:
- Access the Select Settings menu by tapping on the Settings button.

- If there is only one settings file, MFD Touch will automatically select the file.

Tap the Confirm button in the bottom right corner to load the file or press the Cancel button in the bottom left corner to return to the Settings screen without loading a file.
When the file is loaded successfully, the screen will present a confirmation screen, the LEDs will flash green, and the unit will emit an audible confirmation notification.
- Tap the screen to close the confirmation screen and return to the Select Settings menu.
If there is more than one settings file, MFD Touch will present a list of the available files on the SD card. Tap the required file to select it and repeat step 4.
Note: If you press the Load Settings from SD button and the device cannot detect an SD card, it will display the following behaviour:
- NO SD CARD in the screen header
- the 4 LEDs on the unit will flash red twice
- an audible error tone
