My MFD Touch displays NO CAN message

If your MFD Touch is displaying NO CAN you should try to: 

  1. Check the connection between your VBOX unit and the MFD Touch and make sure that you are using the bottom port on the MFD Touch.

  1. Power-cycle the VBOX unit.
